PTH production base is located in the binhai Shaoxing Development Zone, covering an area of more than 50000 square meters. The factory completely adopts the ERP management system to effectively track the products from the raw materials to the production and transportation, so as to ensure the quality of the products. The company has the world's most advanced light steel villa production line and the world's most perfect container production line. With an annual output of 15000 tons of steel structure and the 500,000㎡ assembly building.The factory has more than 200 employees,more than 50% of them are engineers and senior skilled workers,all of them are strict with themselves,serious about every step of their work,they are keeping to work hard for the forging of the world brand "PTH".
R&D technology center of PTH was founded in 2008. At present, there are over 100 R&D design and technical engineers, and among them here are 9 national registered construction and structure engineers and 3 senior engineers, forming an experienced and skilled professional team and laying a solid foundation to PTH’s design and technology products.
PTH’s design and research activity applies BIM system and Autodesk Revit software. Based on relevant information and data of the project, we establish building model to simulate the real information about the building through digital information simulation. At present, we have finished the Revit research and development of company’s products, laying a solid foundation to finish design effectively and accurately and also presenting details and three dimensional effects of our company’s products to customers.
